Carol Luloff was born December 28, 1941, in Waterloo, Iowa, the daughter of Paul and Virginia (Hickman) Barnett. She married Erwin “Erv” Luloff February 13, 1960, at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in LaPorte City, Iowa, he preceded her in death on May 3, 2016. Carol loved and cherished the Lord and her husband, children, grandchildren and her great-grandson, Crosby. She enjoyed giving people hugs, making birthday phone calls, dogs and birds. Carol had a huge heart and smile.
Carol passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026, at the Cedar Valley Hospice Home in Waterloo. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Randy; brother, Doug Barnett; sister, Diana Schultz and a brother-in-law, Don Herbsleb. Carol is survived by son, Robert (Stacy) Luloff of Mounds View, Minnesota; daughter, Theresa (Bob Stanley) of Readlyn; four grandchildren, Tana (Dustin) Rawdon, Devin (Chelsea Golden) Luloff, Brittany (Nicole) Wilder and Bryce Luloff; two sisters, Patty Herbsleb of Weslaco, Texas and Carla (Jim) Amling of Parkersburg; brother, Paul (Deb) Barnett of Dubuque; brother-in-law, Keith Schultz and sister-in-law, Kathy Barnett of Waterloo and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, 965 Home Plaza, Waterloo.
Funeral Service: Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 10:30 am, at Parrott & Wood Chapel of Memories, 965 Home Plaza, Waterloo.
Burial: at Garden of Memories in Waterloo.
