Dolores Ann Moore

Dolores Ann Moore was born April 2, 1937, in Lime Springs Iowa, the daughter of Leroy and Edna (Storlie) Jacobson. She attended Waterloo East High School. In 1965, she married William “Buzz” Moore. Dolores worked at the family-owned bakery for many years. In her free time Dolores enjoyed sewing, knitting, and reading. She also loved to participate in any arts and crafts opportunities.

Dolores passed away on Sunday July 6, 2025, at the Iowa Veterans Home in Marshalltown, Iowa at the age of 88. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her son William “Dennis” Moore.

Dolores is survived by her children Pam Knebel, Patricia (Jeff) Wilson, Michael (Sherri) Moore, Ginger (Max) Rehman, Candy Garcia, and Brian (Andrea) Moore; her siblings Allen (Barb) Jacobson, Linda (Prentice) Brooks, Eugene (Sharon) Jacobson, Gary Jacobson, and David (Sharri) Jacobson; her daughter in law Lynn Moore and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
