Lakesha Wilder-Greene was born on December 19th, 1976. From a young age, she showed a natural gift for connecting with others, always offering a listening ear, a word of encouragement, or a helping hand whenever it was needed.
Known for her compassion and gentle spirit, Lakesha touched countless lives through her kindness, generosity, and selfless nature. She found joy in spending time with her grandkids and family, serving her community, and pursuing her passion for reading and journaling.
Lakesha faced every challenge with grace, strength, and faith, leaving a lasting impact on everyone she met. Her professional achievements, including being employed at Mercy One in front access and obtaining her GED, were meaningful, but it was the love, warmth, and support she shared that truly defined her life.
She leaves behind a legacy of inspiration, resilience, and cherished memories. Lakesha’s spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her, guiding and inspiring them for years to come.
She married Norman Greene on March 5, 2024.
Survived by her son, Antonio; three daughters, Quanisha, Leandra, and Lakyra; one son-in-law, Floyd; twenty grandkids; three brothers, Mark, Lorenzo, and Dennis; a host of nieces and nephews; and a special cousin, Latasha.
Preceded in death by her father, Joe C. Wilder, grandmother, Mary Wilder, grandfather Loyd Allen, and a host of uncles and aunts.
