Loren "Bruce" Stone Jr

Loren Bruce Stone, Jr. was born September 13, 1943, in Waterloo, Iowa, the son of Loren and Marie (Henniger) Stone, Sr. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After his honorable discharge, he did Tech Training for Sears, in Chicago, retiring in 2003. He married Sharon Hagen in 1975, in Waterloo, and they were married for 50 years. Loren enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and grilling.

Loren passes away on Friday, April 4, 2025, at UnityPoint Health Allen Memorial, at the age of 81. He is preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Connie and Vicky, and a brother, Rodney. Loren is survived by his wife, Sharon Stone; a son, Scott (Corrina) Coverdale; a brother, Dean Stone and a sister, Cheryl Cross.

There will be no services at this time.
